Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive construction defect litigation experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently is essential.
• Experience with ProLaw or similar case management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a construction defect litigation caseload.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy across construction defect matters.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
