Nextlink Internet in Springtown, TX is seeking a Construction Crewman for the Tower Team to lay out sites, install tower foundations, form footings and slabs, tie rebar, trench conduit, and fence foundation perimeters. This is a full-time, outdoor field role.

You’ll work in all weather, travel up to 75% with some overnight stays, operate basic hand tools, and comply with safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe/acceptable driving record in compliance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Excavating, forming, and pouring tower foundation spread footings.
• Forming footings, walls, and slabs.
• Tie rebar mats, and cages.
• Trenching and installing PVC conduit and ground rings.
