Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction.
• Previous foundation repair experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, and stoop.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety.
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with standards.
• Examine, and inspect job progress.

Olshan Foundation Repair is currently seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees.

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress
• Safely operate company equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction
• Previous foundation repair experience a Plus

• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
