Job summary

TC Hafford Basement Systems in Wells, ME is seeking a Full-Time Construction Crew Member/Installer to join our growing team. This position offers year-round work, hands-on projects, and opportunities to learn valuable trade skills while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will load tools, assist with basement, crawl space and foundation projects, use hand and power tools, keep sites clean, and work safely with the crew.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English and follow instructions.
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
