Job summary

TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking a dedicated Construction Crew Member/Installer for Wells or Brewer, Maine. This full-time, year-round position offers growth opportunities, paid training, and a supportive team culture.

You will load tools, assist with basement and foundation projects, use hand and power tools, and help keep job sites safe and organized. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and reliable transportation, with the ability to lift heavy materials and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
