Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to support repair projects across our nationwide network. You will read plans, perform building repairs, and work with a team to deliver quality results on each site.

This role requires physical effort, adherence to safety procedures, and willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight trips. Compensation includes $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or post-frame work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak construction season.
• Willingness to travel 20% including overnight trips.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds.
• Must comply with all safety procedures and undergo a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Repair and maintenance tasks (doors, roofing, windows, siding, footings).
• Operate construction hand tools safely and effectively.
• Work in various weather conditions and at heights up to 40 feet.
• Collaborate with crew to ensure safe, productive work environment.
