Job Summary

This is a General Labor position responsible for installing erosion control measures such as silt fences, inlet protections, and slope matting on residential and commercial sites. The role involves following instructions from the Crew Leader and using vehicles, hand tools, and equipment. Experienced candidates may serve as Crew Leaders, preferably with clean driving records.

Duties & Functions

• Review daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist in loading trucks with installation materials.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to clients and homeowners.
• Perform erosion control tasks to high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Install erosion control products per crew leader’s specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Meet daily and weekly installation goals.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Report incidents, concerns, or important information through proper channels.
