Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Labor Foreman to oversee labor crews on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and per project specs. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and resource scheduling to uphold quality standards.

You will supervise crew activities, enforce safety policies, coordinate with project managers and other foremen, and mentor workers to maintain a productive team and minimize delays on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction labor experience with leadership exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with team members.
• Commitment to safety and quality on demanding sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule labor crews.
• Ensure all work aligns with Clark Standards of Excellence and project requirements.
• Assign tasks, give clear instructions, and inspect progress for safety and quality.
• Maintain time, production, and records; collaborate with PMs and foremen.
• Train and mentor laborers to build a productive team and reduce delays.
• Identify issues causing delays or hazards and address them promptly.
