About the job:
The Fence Construction Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a fence products installation crew in accordance with Lee Fence policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include:

1. On the job training of employees
2. Planning, assigning, directing, and assisting with work
3. Inspecting work to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications
4. Addressing complaints and resolving problems
5. Maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing all company safety policies

Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2 - 5 years of related fencing industry experience, commercial fencing experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license
• Candidates must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Selected candidates must be able to pass a drug test and physical as a condition of employment.
