Job summary

Beitzel Corporation invites motivated individuals to join the Construction Craft Apprenticeship Program as Construction Craft Apprentice I. This two-year, full-time opportunity blends classroom instruction with hands-on field experience in construction, concrete, electrical, millwright, and other industrial services.

Entry-level role designed for eager learners; extensive travel, extended hours, and varied shifts may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with relevant trade school or vocational training.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read measurements.
• Experience or familiarity with reading blueprints/drawings is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor across projects (concrete, rebar, masonry, welding, pipefitting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation).
• Learn to read blueprints and drawings.
• Learn to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Calibrate and read measurement tools accurately.
• Set up transits and perform job-site layouts.
• Operate small equipment (skid steers, telehandlers, mini excavators).
• Attend apprenticeship classes and stay current with coursework.
