Responsibilities include managing project costs, organizing documents, and supporting project staff. Responsibilities

• Move costs that were miscoded in the project accounting system.
• Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes.
• Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software monthly.
• Review shopping carts to verify cost coding and budget.
• Organize documentation for changes to the monthly forecast.
• Run weekly labor unit cost reports using Heavy Job and MS Access databases.
• Support project staff in organizing monthly forecast meetings.
