DBI Construction Consultants is seeking a Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. You will analyze costs, timelines, and risks while visiting sites to gather real-world data and produce actionable reports.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in civil/ mechanical/ structural engineering or construction management, with strong analytical and communication skills. Travel ~30% and proficiency in Excel and estimating tools are preferred. Competitive salary with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ mechanical/ structural engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Past construction or risk management internship experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and technical reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.
• Support analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for estimates.
• Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures.
• Learn to prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools.
• Gaining exposure to Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools.
