Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 3+ years of construction or job cost accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and construction billing practices.
• Proficiency with construction ERP systems (Viewpoint Vista preferred; HCSS HeavyJob a plus).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate job cost records across labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
• Review and reconcile job cost details for proper cost coding and alignment with budgets.
• Monitor cost-to-complete and support forecasting with Project Managers.
