• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and project management software preferred.
• Ability to manage large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment; detail oriented.
• Must meet driving requirements and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of project safety, quality, schedule, and cost control for EPC projects.
• Support client interface, documentation, turnover, procurement, and contracts administration.
• Help manage RFPs, bids, and scope of work for downstream contracts.
• Coordinate project controls, including cost reporting and scheduling within the accounting system.
• Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and turnover documentation.
• Assist with vendor/subcontractor pre-qualification and registration efforts.
• Support audits, risk reviews, and meeting minutes distribution.
• Assist with invoicing processes and project staffing plans.
• Coordinate equipment inventory, labor rates, and craft classifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company policies.
