Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous construction experience in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Field verifying location and nature of work by inspecting the project.
• Confirm quality of work and quantity completed at the end of each day.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards and crew metrics.
• Handle administrative tasks including ordering, tracking supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices are followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources.

• Confirmqualityofworkbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
• Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewworkingon project.
• Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes.
