Job summary

Kaygen, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Industrial Projects Coordinator in Indiana to lead robot installation, commissioning, and handoff to production. You will ensure safety standards, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and inspectors, and report progress to the VP.

The role requires OSHA 10, strong electrical safety knowledge, and experience with budgets, schedules, and compliance. Candidates should excel in cross-functional communication and documentation to keep projects on track and on

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with industrial robot installation and commissioning from equipment delivery through production handoff.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Electrical safety practices for energized and high-voltage work, including arc-flash awareness.
• Contract negotiation and construction administration experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) reporting up to the VP level.
