Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Construction Coordinator to manage road construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate schedules, supervise field activities, and ensure the project delivers on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders. You will drive safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, while handling documentation, change orders, and final billing.
