Job summary

The CC’s duties include overseeing contractors, managing schedules, tracking budgets, coordinating design activities between architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords and regulatory agencies to ensure timely completion within budgeted costs and schedule.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate project information within project management systems and databases.Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and record and distribute meeting minutes.Track project progress against budgeted costs and scheduled timelines; identify and report variances.Communicate with tenants regarding assigned projects, manage expectations, and provide timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare, execute, and maintain contracts for architects, general contractors, and other vendors as needed.Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment and resolution of billing issues.
