Aerial Precast Concrete, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our Fort Lauderdale team. The successful candidate will coordinate between project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, clients, general contractors, and the office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction coordination or project management.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings/plans.
• Familiarity with contracts, proposals, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Experience reviewing CAD drawings; AutoCAD a plus.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple active construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Serve as a communication hub between clients, general contractors, project managers, field staff, vendors, subcontractors, and office personnel.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, scopes of work, and project documents.
• Review CAD drawings for accuracy and coordination with architectural and structural plans.
• Track shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, revisions, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Assist with project scheduling and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and field activities.
• Follow up consistently with team members to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and communicate delays or issues before they affect the schedule.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation.
• Coordinate site meetings, inspections, deliveries, and other project requirements.
