Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, precast concrete, or heavy materials yard operations preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment (certification a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions.
• Must be dependable and punctual (early start time required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead yard personnel during assigned shift.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of precast concrete products.
• Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Perform daily equipment and yard inspections.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard.
• Track inventory and communicate material needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and plant management.
• Train and mentor yard staff as needed.
