Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for operations.
• Translate strategy into measurable operational objectives.
• Lead multi-project construction operations and teams.
• Establish standards for safety, quality, schedule, productivity and profitability.
• Mentor senior operational leaders and partner across functions.
• Oversee project performance including financial results and client satisfaction.
• Develop KPIs and drive accountability across the organization.
