• Ability to document surveillance and QA records in electronic project-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and conduct thorough on-site inspections across major trades to ensure compliance and identify deficiencies.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage QA records including daily reports, photographs, deficiency notices, punch lists, and project-progress logs.
• Evaluate contractor schedules, submittals, and field changes for safety, quality, and cost/schedule impact; document changes and support contract modifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, and facility representatives to resolve issues and progress projects from planning to construction.
• Utilize construction-management and document-review software (AutoCAD, Autodesk, Bluebeam, Revit, Procore, BIM tools) to review drawings and track activities.
