You will drive close, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance while mentoring finance staff and partnering with operations leaders to improve performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Construction industry accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and financial forecasting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Supervise accounting and finance personnel.
• Partner with operations leaders to support project financial performance.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
