Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day accounting, WIP reporting, month-end close, and project financials, driving performance with ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience.
• Construction industry accounting experience required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience with ProContractor/Trimble/Viewpoint/Spectrum/Vista accounting software is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Manage and review Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes.
• Oversee job costing and project financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
• Partner with ownership on financial planning and business performance.
