Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor.
• Proven experience as a Controller.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Procore experience nice to have

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounting function for the organization.
• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and closing.
• Implement internal controls and process improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers on job costing and financial analysis.
