Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or as a Controller within commercial or infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency with HeavyBid, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ProCore, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion while maintaining budget control.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams in fast-paced construction environments.
• Solid understanding of construction site operations, scheduling, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of project budgets with accurate cost estimation and forecasting.
• Oversee scheduling using Primavera P6 and related tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage all financial aspects of construction projects including cost management and contract administration.
