Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Strong experience in construction industry and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and job cost accounting.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and leadership reporting.
• Maintain GL integrity and chart of accounts; oversee reconciliations and balance sheet.
• Manage revenue recognition and WIP reporting for construction contracts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop and coach the Accounting team; build scalable processes and dashboards.
