Confidential Employer in Metro Atlanta seeks a Construction Controller to lead the accounting function for a growing construction firm. You will drive accurate financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

The role oversees month-end close, budgeting, job costing, AIA billing, audits, and payroll controls, partnering with project managers and senior leadership on financial strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction accounting.
• Proficiency with Sage 300 (Timberline) and related ERP tools.
• Knowledge of GAAP and construction industry compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
