ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, seeks a Specialist, Construction Contracts to support government programs in Enid, Oklahoma. Responsibilities include planning, solicitation, award and administration of construction contracts, coordination with design teams, and ensuring compliance with FAR and AFFAR guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of contracts/subcontracts experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with an Approved Purchasing

Qualifications

• Must know the FAR and its application to subcontracting under a government prime contract.
• Must possess strong communication, organizational and relational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years contracts/subcontracts administration experience including Construction Contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; strong Excel and Internet skills.
• Experience in an Approved Purchasing System; US or Permanent Citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees acquisition planning, solicitation, award and administration of construction, service and A&E contracts.
• Coordinates design, advertisement, bid reviews, contract modifications and final payments.
• Maintains contract files and ensures compliance with FAR and AFFAR where applicable.
• Provides admin support for procurement actions, including PO files and vendor records.
• Negotiates changes and supports pricing reviews; briefs Local Purchase Supervisor on status.
