Qualifications

• Must know FAR and AFFAR and apply to subcontracting under a government prime contract.
• Minimum of 2 years contracts/subcontracts administration experience, including Construction Contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet applications; experience with Purchasing System.
• Able to coordinate complex procurement actions and maintain complete contract files.
• US citizen or permanent resident due to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, solicitation, award and administration of construction, service and A&E contracts.
• Coordinate design functions, bid reviews, vendor setup, contract maintenance and closeout.
• Prepare documentation for contracting officer signatures and ensure FAR compliance.
• Host meetings/briefs, perform pricing reviews, and monitor wage determinations.
• Maintain contract files and support procurement actions end to end.
