Job summary

Baker Group is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to tell compelling stories across our projects, teams, and culture. You will work both in the office at Ankeny and in the field, gathering insights from customers and employees for content development across digital, social, recruiting, and marketing channels.

The ideal candidate brings storytelling prowess, photography/videography skills, and 5+ years in content marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, English, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, digital media, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in operating digital cameras to capture high-quality video footage.
• Experience creating written, photo, and video content.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Storytelling: develop content that communicates Baker Group's offerings, translate technical concepts clearly.
• Field Content Creation: visit jobsites and facilities to capture photography, video, and updates.
• Social Media & Digital Content: create platform-specific content with the marketing team to boost engagement.
• Case Studies & Thought Leadership: research, interview stakeholders, and write project case studies and blogs.
• Proposal & Business Development Support: support RFPs with narratives, photography, case studies, and proposal content.
