Our Construction Advisory & Planning group is right at the center of the country's biggest, highest-stakes builds. Specializing in pre-construction and construction consulting, they bring accuracy and strategic insight to cost estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews, helping clients align scope, schedule, and budget from the earliest planning stages all the way through execution. We're delivering full-lifecycle scheduling on multi-billion-dollar megaprojects, where thousands of interdependent activities and subcontractors have to move in perfect sync, and we're also involved with some of the most advanced mission-critical data center projects in the world, where speed to market and airtight risk management aren't optional, they're the whole game. Layer in estimating, constructability, value engineering, and owner's rep services, and you get a team built to steer the most technically demanding, highest-pressure projects in the industry from first shovel to final handoff.
In this role, you'll take ownership of project scheduling across a portfolio of construction assignments, working with a high degree of autonomy. You'll be on-site evaluating progress, digging into project documentation and data, and keeping schedules current and accurate. This position calls for sound independent judgment, weighing trade-offs and understanding the financial and operational stakes tied to the work you deliver.
