Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of document control and/or process auditing experience.
• Document control and/or process auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction compliance activities across the project lifecycle to meet scope and schedule.
• Manage workload across multiple projects and milestones with minimal oversight.
• Represent the company in discussions with stakeholders and third-party consultants.
• Manage project deliverables across contractors to ensure adherence to schedule.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted team member.
• Set up and maintain projects in the construction project management system and generate reports.
