This position will remain open for application based on business needs. The Associate, Construction Compliance role focuses on supporting construction compliance activities, including prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, Davis-Bacon Act compliance, document control structures, auditing processes and reports, and managing reporting within the Construction Compliance team. The Associate will work independently to drive compliance milestones and deliverables, ensuring information integrity within the Construction Project Management system, adherence to company standards, and contribution to new or improved processes.
Base Pay: $93,000.00 – $108,000.00 USD (annual).
Annual Bonus: 20% – 30% of base. The total compensation package may include eligibility to participate in bonus programs and other incentives.
