This position will remain open for application based on business needs. The Associate, Construction Compliance role focuses on supporting construction compliance activities, including prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, Davis-Bacon Act compliance, document control structures, auditing processes and reports, and managing reporting within the Construction Compliance team. The Associate will work independently to drive compliance milestones and deliverables, ensuring information integrity within the Construction Project Management system, adherence to company standards, and contribution to new or improved processes.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Establish and lead regular project meetings and communications to ensure compliance deliverables are met; identify and evaluate risks; provide status updates; support best practices and change management; maintain record keeping.
  • Construction Compliance: Oversee and manage relevant regulatory requirements for construction tax benefits, including Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship, Davis-Bacon, Local, and Domestic Content; build relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Document Control: Implement and manage document control processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility of compliance-related documents; handle routine inquiries and follow‑up for timely submission.
  • Process Development: Partner with senior associates to support development and implementation of complex initiatives; lead medium‑scope initiatives.
  • Process Auditing: Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure compliance adherence and identify improvement areas.
  • Department Training & Support: Serve as a resource for new team members and junior associates; provide training and support to internal stakeholders regarding compliance requirements; maintain the construction project management system and generate reports.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of document control and/or process auditing experience.
  • Proficiency in document control systems and auditing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Construction experience and/or construction internship.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience with Prevailing Wage, Davis‑Bacon Act, and Local Content Compliance.
  • Strong solution‑seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience coordinating and managing projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders.
Compensation

Base Pay: $93,000.00 – $108,000.00 USD (annual).
Annual Bonus: 20% – 30% of base. The total compensation package may include eligibility to participate in bonus programs and other incentives.
