This role requires the ability to work in both office and construction site environments.
The successful candidate will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, use their hands, and communicate effectively with others. The role may occasionally require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds may also be required.
While working onsite, the individual may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather conditions. The role may also involve occasional exposure to heights, fumes, airborne particles, extreme temperatures, electrical hazards, and vibration.
The working environment may range from moderate to loud noise levels. Overtime may be required depending on project requirements.
