Job summary

Sitewerx LLC is seeking an On-Call Cleaning Specialist to support post-construction and commercial cleaning projects. You will perform final cleaning, jobsite cleanup, and general labor as needed, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cleaning experience, can work independently or in a team, and is comfortable working in active construction environments. Schedule varies; day, evening, weekend shifts and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleaning experience required.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Experience with post-construction cleaning and general labor on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Post-construction cleaning and final cleaning on job sites.
• Jobsite cleanup and commercial property cleaning.
• General labor support as needed on projects.

$20 - $25/hr based on experience

Don’t need experience in construction cleaning but NEED 2+ years of cleaning experience.

This position includes post-construction cleaning, final cleaning, jobsite cleanup, commercial property cleaning, and general labor support as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work independently or with a team, and comfortable working in active construction and commercial environments.

Schedule may vary based on project needs. Day, evening, weekend, and overtime opportunities may be available.

Preferred but Not Required:

• OSHA certification
• Experience using floor equipment, ladders, or cleaning machines
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
