Job summary

Miller Bros. Const., Inc. is offering a cooperative education (co-op) placement designed to provide a well-rounded experience combining office and field opportunities.

You’ll shadow seasoned professionals, engage in hands-on field tasks, and strengthen project management skills in an active learning environment. You’ll be exposed to real projects, collaborate with our teams, and gain experience that supplements college coursework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of college credits in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Project Managers and Superintendents in the office and/or field
• Support submittal reviews and correspondence
• Assist with time and material tracking
• Participate in schedule review and project planning discussions
• Draft and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Contribute to estimating and quantity takeoffs
• Help with change order developmentVerify material deliveries and maintain inventory records
• Document project progress in the field
• Assist with project closeout documentation
