Job summary

Orion Placement, a business-focused litigation firm, seeks a California-licensed attorney for a hybrid role based in Roseville, CA or Irvine, CA.

You will manage complex civil litigation, including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes, representing builders and developers. Draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, and collaborate with colleagues to shape litigation strategy.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing is required.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in construction defect, real estate disputes, or business litigation is required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes.
• Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and case positioning.
• Provide clear, business-minded legal guidance aligned with client objectives.
