Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration, certified payroll, or related construction administrative experience.
• Experience with Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage requirements.
• Hands-on experience preparing and submitting certified payroll reports.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and payroll/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for construction and field employees with accurate hours, rates, classifications, deductions, and job coding.
• Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports on time.
• Verify employee classifications and prevailing wage requirements.
• Maintain payroll records by employee, project, and wage determination.
• Assist with payroll audits and compliance reviews.
