Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL as required by vehicle type.

• 4+ years commercial driving experience preferred.

• Familiarity with load securement and safe operating practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with loading/unloading.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks using proper methods.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain delivery logs and trip documentation.
• Follow schedules, GPS directions, and dispatch instructions.
• Secure loads with chains, binders, tarps, or straps.
• Comply with DOT/state/federal regulations.
• Assist crews with labor or site tasks when deliveries are done.
• Report mechanical issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
