Job summary

Pavement Partners Cincinnati LLC is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites and yards. You will help support construction operations with timely, safe deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and a DOT medical card, with 4+ years of commercial driving experience. Experience hauling construction materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (depending on vehicle type).
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
• 4+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience hauling construction materials or equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with load securement, tie-down procedures, and safe operating practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks using proper methods to prevent shifting, damage, or injury.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and DOT compliance.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and trip documentation.
• Follow delivery schedules and dispatch instructions.
• Secure loads with chains, binders, tarps, or straps as needed.
• Comply with DOT, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Assist crews with labor or site tasks when deliveries are complete.
