Mattson Construction Job Opportunity

Mattson Construction has been setting the standard for quality construction in Minot and all over North Dakota for over a hundred years. Since 1903 and spanning three generations, we’ve operated under the ethic that every project should be accomplished on time and on budget. We are looking for quality full-time employees. The work is year-round.

Pay: Starting pay is $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience. Raises are given based on initiative, willingness to learn, following directions, showing up, and staying off cell phones.

Job Summary: Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, steel, plywood, and wallboard.

Essential Job Requirements:

1. Must follow company safety standards.
2. Must be able to get to the jobsite on time every day.
3. Must have skill and knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.
4. Must be physically capable of construction work.
5. Must be able to maintain proper housekeeping and maintenance.
6. Must be able to perform other construction-related tasks, such as finish and rough carpentry, steel erection, cement finishing, and other construction tasks assigned by employer or supervisor.
7. Must be capable of operating power tools.
8. Valid driver’s license is preferred.
9. Other construction duties as assigned by management.
