Job summary

Healtheon is seeking a Construction Carpenter to join our team. You will assemble parts to form structural frameworks for construction projects, under supervisor direction.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with operators, and applying concrete finishing skills. OSHA training is a plus; must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions and pass background checks as required. This full-time position is based at Healtheon facilities in Texas.

Qualifications

• Must have consistent and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 80lbs.
• OSHA training is a plus.
• Experience installing pipe and storm drain is a plus.
• Familiar with power and hand tools.
• Team-oriented with other craft workers in heavy construction.
• Outdoor work in extreme conditions and at various sites; read directions and a tape measure.
• Experience in industrial construction; reliable and capable in extreme weather.
• Background check may be required for a federal facility.
• Exposure to hazards such as dust, fumes, noise, and vibrations.

Carpenter We are looking for a Construction Carpenter to join our team. Duties will include assembling parts to form a completed structural framework related to the construction project as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Shooting Elevation
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to have a clear understanding of requirements.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing
• Communicating and coordinating with the equipment operators
• Experience with multiple forming systems, including ones that contain multiple pipe penetrations.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be familiar in working with power and hand tools
• Must be able to work in a team seating with other craft workers engaged in heavy construction activities
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, cold, heat, humidity, and frequently at heights and in excavations, able to work at various job sites and locations assigned, able to read a tape measure, and understand directions.
• Must have experience in industrial construction field, working outdoors in extreme weather conditions and understand simple directions. Must be devoted and reliable.
• Must be able to pass a background check on a federal facility.
• May be exposed to hazards associated with but not limited to dust, odors, fumes, noise, and vibration hazards.
