Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Campus Intern to support a project team with supervision across construction functions, including project management, estimating, safety and accounting. The role provides meaningful hands-on experience for a college student pursuing a related degree.

You will monitor crew size and materials, provide progress updates, conduct site observations, assist with bid coordination and closeout tasks, and participate in safety culture activities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related to the internship.
• Field of study related to construction management or similar.
• Interest in gaining hands-on project experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with monitoring crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Provide progress updates and reports.
• Conduct job site observations with project leadership.
• Support the close out of projects, including punch lists and as-built drawings.
• Support vendor/trade partner pricing and bid coordination.
• Participate in safety plan and culture activities.
• Build relationships with project team, trade partners, vendors and clients.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
