Qualifications

• 3 years of technical services, project execution, or CAD/survey experience.
• Knowledge of advanced CAD applications, surface modeling, earthwork calculations, survey support systems, and digital construction technologies.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, and maintains complex CAD drawings, site layouts, and technical blueprints.
• Leads material takeoffs, quantity verification, surface model updates, and terrain analysis.
• Prepares survey support information including line work, field sketches, and control data.
• Coordinates excavation permit support drawings, excavation limits, and utility documentation.
• Oversees field as-built data collection and project closeout documentation.
• Provides guidance and troubleshooting to Construction Technical Services staff.
