You will handle invoicing, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and payroll support to ensure timely and accurate financial processes in a construction-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger processes.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Entry of invoices, receipts, slips, credit card transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process invoices and track expenses systematically.
• Prepare financial reports to support monthly close activities.
• Reconcile accounts to maintain up-to-date ledgers.
• Assist with payroll support for timely and accurate payments.
