Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to own the tender process, producing persuasive submissions and supporting growth in construction services. The role involves coordinating PQQs, RFIs and full tenders, and collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bid writing or tender management, preferably with M&E exposure. Hybrid working in Wombourne with regular office presence is offered along with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of bid writing or tender management within construction.
• Experience writing PQQs and full tender submissions.
• Background in M&E building services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Write, develop and coordinate PQQs, SQs, RFIs and full tender submissions.
• Manage multiple bids and ensure deadlines are met.
• Gather technical information from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain tender libraries, templates and standard responses.
• Identify contract opportunities through portals and Contracts Advance.
• Keep tender portals and logs up to date.
• Analyze feedback to improve future bid performance.
• Support presentations with the Business Development Manager.
• Research upcoming opportunities and assist client outreach.
• Support marketing to communicate services and capabilities.
