We’re looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Bid Coordinator to support our estimating and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys keeping projects organized, and is interested in building a long‑term career in the construction industry. You’ll work closely with estimators, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure bids, documents, and project information are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
This position offers hands‑on exposure to estimating, project setup, and construction operations—with a clear path for growth.
Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in construction administration, estimating support, or general office coordination
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints at a basic level
Experience using Bluebeam for plan viewing, markups, or measurements
Familiarity with Monday.com, BuildingConnected, or similar workflow/bid management platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy—critical for maintaining bid logs and project documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Proactive, self‑starter mindset with strong follow‑up habits
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project information
Comfortable coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Construction industry knowledge (terminology, trades, project phases)
Experience with shipping coordination (UPS, USPS, GLS, FedEx)
Experience with vehicle or permit tracking (Motor Carrier Permit, business licenses, etc.)
Experience booking travel or accommodation for field personnel
Salary: $55,000 annually
