CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an Audit & Assurance Senior to join our PSO team for construction clients. This in‑office role is based out of Greater New York or Greater Washington DC locations, with travel as needed.

You will lead audits, review procedures, design internal controls, prepare statements and disclosures, and communicate findings to staff and clients. CPA eligibility is preferred and 2 years of public accounting audit experience is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA eligibility or CPA preferred.
• 2 years of public accounting audit experience required.
• Prior experience with a public accounting or professional services firm preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites with possible overnight travel.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage the day‑to‑day activities of audit engagements for construction clients from start to finish, including budgeting and staffing.
• Review client accounting and operating procedures.
• Develop and assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and correspondence.
• Communicate technical matters effectively with staff, management, and clients.
