Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 1 year professional experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job; accounting/finance or related fields helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Baker Tilly construction audit methodology.
• Use audit programs to complete tasks and communicate results.
• Review construction financial records and project documents for contract compliance.
• Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Prepare organized workpapers and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure a thorough audit process.
